1. About these Terms

feelreef (feelreef.com) is run by CVER Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). These Terms are the agreement between you and CVER Inc. when you use feelreef. By using feelreef, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use feelreef.

2. What feelreef is

feelreef is a platform for building and running your own website. You start with a site and add the features you need as "REEF with" modules, such as a blog or a store.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address. We send you a sign-in link, and there is no password, so anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you. Keep your email account secure.

We may limit who can create an account, for example by invitation. You must be at least 13 years old to use feelreef.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by AI tools or programs you connect to it.

4. People who work on your site

Each site has one owner. The owner can invite other people with a one-time invitation link:

• Admins can edit the site and publish it.
• Collaborators can edit only the areas the owner chooses, and cannot publish.

Everyone with a seat on a site can see the names and email addresses of the others. The owner can remove a seat at any time, and can transfer the site to another person, who has to accept. The owner is responsible for the people they invite.

5. Your content

The text, images, files and settings you put on feelreef stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy and publish them only as needed to run your site and feelreef.

Your content is kept as files, and you can export it in full at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to publish what you publish.

6. Uploads

• Files larger than 25 MiB can be stored only if your site has Site Storage. How much Site Storage a site has depends on its plan; a plan with 0 GB has none.
• We accept media and document files, such as images, video, audio, fonts, documents and archives. We do not accept code or configuration files as uploads.
• To keep sites safe, SVG files are delivered as downloads when opened directly. They still show normally as images on your pages.

7. Paid features

Some features are paid. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payments for feelreef are made to CVER Inc. and are not refundable unless the law requires it.

8. Publishing limit

Each site includes 1,000 publishes per year, and previews count as publishes. After that, your publishes still go out, but they wait in a queue.

9. Selling on your site

When you sell on your site, your buyers pay directly into your own payment provider account. feelreef takes no percentage of your sales and never holds your money.

You are the seller. Prices, taxes, refunds, receipts and customer service are between you and your buyers.

10. Your visitors

Visitors can send you messages through your site's Inbox, and some features collect other information from your visitors. You are responsible for using what your visitors send you lawfully, and for answering their questions about it.

11. AI tools

You can connect your own AI assistant or program to feelreef to read and edit your sites. It can do only what your seat allows, and what it does counts as done by you. We may limit how often it can act. When feelreef blocks one of its actions, we keep a record of it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use feelreef for illegal content or activity, phishing, collecting other people's passwords, malware, fraud or scams, spam, infringing other people's rights (including intellectual property), pretending to be someone else, getting into accounts, sites or data that are not yours, or disrupting feelreef.

We do not review everything people publish, but we may act on reports or on what we find. We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these Terms. To report abuse, email [email protected].

13. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from your Account page. We may change or stop parts of feelreef, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using feelreef after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.

15. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, feelreef is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that feelreef will always be available or free of errors.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CVER Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
