Acceptance of Terms
By using REEF (feelreef.com) and the MixFairy Discord Bot, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Description of Service
REEF is a community management platform operated by CVER Inc., a company registered in San Francisco, California, USA, providing community management tools and related online services.
Account and Access
You log into REEF via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. REEF does not store your Discord password.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for illegal activities; attempt to access unauthorized data or features; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service; upload malicious content or harmful code.
Intellectual Property
REEF, MixFairy, and related brand marks are owned by CVER Inc. Content you upload to your Coral Profile (images, links, etc.) remains yours, but you grant REEF a license to display it on the platform.
Paid Plans
Some features require a paid subscription (REEF Coral / REEF Pro). Payments are processed through Stripe. After cancellation, paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided unless required by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Major changes will be communicated via Discord. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. CVER Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or loss of profits.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVER Inc.'s total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
