Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026 (Version 2.0)
1. Who we are
feelreef (feelreef.com) is run by CVER Inc., a Delaware corporation. CVER Inc. is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Your account: your email address, and the name you choose to show.
- Your sites: the content, files and settings you add, and who has a seat on each site.
- Purchases from feelreef: what you bought and when. Card details go to the payment processor; we never receive your card number.
- Payment accounts you connect for selling: the access details for that account, stored encrypted and used only for your site.
- What your site's visitors send, such as messages through your site's Inbox, including any name or email address a visitor chooses to give. We email the full message to the site's notification address.
- Your site's question box: if you turn it on, we record the questions asked and the pages used to answer them, but not who asked.
- Blocked AI actions: when feelreef blocks an action by an AI tool connected to a site, we record the site, the tool, the reason, the file path involved and the time.
- Feature reports: an AI tool can send us a short note about something feelreef could not do. We use these notes to decide what to build.
3. How we use it
We use this data to run feelreef: to sign you in, host and publish your sites, send the emails you need (such as sign-in links and notifications), charge for purchases, keep feelreef secure, and fix problems. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. AI features
When you use the AI assistant in your dashboard or automatic translation, what you send and the related site content are processed by our AI provider, listed under Processors below.
5. Cookies
We use the cookies feelreef needs to work, such as the one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers your cookie choice for a year. Traffic statistics load only if you choose "Accept All", and they do not use cookies.
6. Processors
These companies process personal data on our behalf, only to provide feelreef:
- Cloudflare — website visits, and account, seat and visitor message records — serves your website and feelreef, stores those records, counts traffic and checks for bots.
- GitHub — your site's content files — stores your site's content files on our behalf; your website itself is served by Cloudflare.
- Amazon Web Services — email addresses and the emails we send — sends our email.
- Stripe — payment details for feelreef purchases — charges you for feelreef purchases.
- Square — payment details for feelreef purchases — charges you for feelreef purchases.
- Google — what you send to AI features, with related site content — processes the AI assistant and translation.
These companies may handle data in the United States and other countries.
7. Services you connect yourself
Some features work with other services, such as your own payment account or other accounts you link to feelreef. These connections happen only when you connect them yourself, and the data those services receive is handled under their own policies.
8. How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is open. Records of blocked AI actions are deleted after 90 days. A site owner can delete the questions their site's question box has recorded. Some records, such as payment records, may be kept longer when the law requires it.
9. Your choices and rights
You can export your site content and close your account from your Account page. To ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your personal data, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you more rights, and we will answer requests made under those laws.
If you sent a message to a site on feelreef, the site's owner decides how to use it; please contact them first. You can also email us.
10. Children
feelreef is not meant for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we post the new version on this page with a new date.
